In a pan add 1 tablespoon ghee and cheakpea flour and roast it till fluffy and aroma come out then keep aside
In a mixing bowl add maida and 1 tablespoon ghee mix well add required water and make daugh like paratha and cover and keep aside for 10 min.
In another pan add mava and cook on low flame till became soft and ghee come out then off the flame
Cool it and mix roasted cheakpea flour,pisti powder,almond and cardamom powder
Mix well
Then mix sugar bura
Then make small sized balls and give tikki shape
Now make small sized puri from daugh and stuff nava ball in it and sil it properly
Then in a pan heat the ghee and deep fry on low flame
Fry it white (don't change color)
Now cool all the ghari
Then in a mixing bowl add 1/4 cup chilled ghee and 1 tablespoon sugar powder mix well and apply on all ghari,and garnish with sliced almond,pista, saffron,and rose petals
